Goodson Recital Hall
The world of French court dance, which greatly influenced both Bach and Handel, will be a highlight of this performance. Paige Whitley-Bauguess, an international authority on Baroque dance, will perform French court dances in costume, accompanied by an instrumental ensemble.

Espresso Bar and Cafe
165 N. Loudoun Street (Walking Mall, Old Town Winchester)
Bach's beloved secular cantata Schweigt stille, plaudert nicht (Be still, stop chattering), also known as the Coffee Cantata, will be performed in an authentic setting at Winchester's own Espresso Bar & Café. The cantata was originally performed in the 1730s at Zimmerman's Coffee House in Leipzig.
This event is free and open to the public.

Goodson Recital Hall
Members of the Conservatory Choir will perform Bach's monumental motet, Jesu, Meine Freude and a cantata by Buxtehude.
